Looks like a few of us went for the Zion Luna deal from Newcircle. Here's my new bike:

Tmp, That is hot!!! [Image Can Not Be Found]

Probably the nicest Luna I've seen. Awesome setup.

The only thing that I don't really like is the halflink chain... The end up streching like a bitch, and if you don't run a tight chain on a Geisha, that's when they start ghosting and and causing you grief.

But other than that man, sooooperb. [Image Can Not Be Found] [Image Can Not Be Found]

Cheers Ginny...I've been eyeballing a new bike for ages, but couldn't make a decision. Was looking at the Strowler, then the Colony Cube, then Colony Sweet Tooth....I even thought about waiting for the flatware frame I was all over the place. [Image Can Not Be Found]

Thankfully, Newcircle ran a great deal on the Luna, with a pic of the stem, frame and forks...so no imagination was required and it was cheap! <!-- sLaugh --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt="Laugh" title="Laughing" /><!-- sLaugh --> Here is a better shot...which requires less head turning

I run my seat flat now, too. All my upsidedown stuff had my seats wearing out fast, but when u run it flat, it scrapes the hard plastic, not the cushion. Feels odd at first, but u get used to it.

The reason why I run my seat so low is for all the backwheel stuff too. My barends touch the floor before my seat does. Same on Ben's bike. I killed too many seats learning upside down and bike flip stuff. You get used to it like you said.

Lol Yeah Ginny, I'm 'Tweekend', the guy in the pic. Weight-training has pretty much been my main hobby in life 'till Flatland came along when I was 28. I started training at 14, in my 20th year of the iron-game now..!!
I just maintain my size, these days. A little more emphasis on cardio has allowed to to churn out 6hr non-stop sessions on the bike. It really helps a lot.

I hear June has taken up the weights now, too. Watch out for another buff flatlander comin' our way!! lol

Damn straight - it's a great place to live. I really miss it when it comes to the riding scene. I have a goosd surface here but what's a surface in comparison to people?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Miss you guys!

Ronnie is Phillipino too actually.

I wonder how much a flight to the Phillipines is from Vietnam???
