I wasn't after admin rights but have been given them. I was thinking of teaming up with Homeless, but also think Jarvis, June and Ryan would be good admins. At the end of the day as long as our forum doesn't accidently shut down because nobody paid the fees, and we stop this avalanche of spamming, I'm not too worried who runs this site. Its all of ours anyway.
My thoughts are to have two main admins to share the running of the forum including costs.
In the meantime I'm deleting spam and banning the spammers permanetly. For now, new users can join up no problems too. Still thinking.... [Image Can Not Be Found]

I've got a server running that I might setup an empty tweaked forum on to see what people think of it. I'm happy for whoever to grab it then to replace what we have at the moment.

While I understand you have a free server at the moment I'm not keen on losing Australia's entire flatland history in one go. What about Homeless and Sneeze. [Image Can Not Be Found]

Can someone send me an export of the board template?
Also can I get an idea of the daily traffic we're generating. Is the site currently hosted by digitalhost.net?
EDIT: Didn't mean starting over Karl, it's a simple process to import the current forum database into it.
If there isn't a better hosting option and it's staying where it is then we just need to tweak what we have. Mind you if I'm understanding the current stance, having no captcha system is better than having one that is only 90 percent effective.
btw, discovered that we have a forum glitch which doesn't allow posting the percentage sign.

I have admin rights, but not the rights to delete or shut out certain people. After shutting out Dave and Todd amongst (others), I demoted. Fair enough.
I own the forum, but I'm not sure exactly how that works and have no idea about anything other than moderation and the admin control panel.
I would happy to give control of the other parts of the forum to somebody with the know how, but what do I have to give? I've got the rights that I was awarded by Dave, but as far I remember that's it.
I want to keep my rights, but I'd be happy to forfeit all them and become a regular user if that aided the process and made it more diplomatic.
I'd be happy for either Ryan or Homeless to take the forum, but considering that we're a community of many voices, giving it to Ryan would probably be the best course of action. Like I said though, I don't know what I have to give.

Hell no. Dont touch those cunts ever again. They rebilled me for hosting a site I asked them to shut down and took forever to reimburse me and still owe me money.
Thier site say they would reimburse you immediately for the situation I was in, but the guy running the place wouldnt pay me till the AU/US $ conversion rate was better. I blasted the cunt for that.

I've seen the last 6 months generate f all traffic but this week is semi decent attendance...
Considering flatland is also going into a depression of sorts its understandable...
