I vote Homeless to have the full admin rights so as to implement ways to prevent spam and allow newbie sign ups. We are getting overwhelmed by spammers. Time to fix this problem now.

It cannot be done through the admin section. Files need to be uploaded to the server and so on. Who has access to the server?

It needs to be implemented through [b:23vy257q]both[/b:23vy257q] the 'FTP (server)' and 'Full Admin' section.
Access to both sections needs to be granted, and the website (including database) should be backed up beforehand.
Unfortunately I have no idea who has the appropriate access rights.

I posted the below to all the admins and mods back in early January. Nobody seemed to give a shit. I paid for hosting for the site up until the 13 Jan. I am quite surprised it is still up and running actually.
I have PM'ed the server access details to Karl, so if anyone wants to jump on the back of this runaway train and steer it, I suggest they PM Karl about it.
