There goes your teeth.
I used to drink all those energy drinks and sports drinks and they ruined my teeth. They have various different types of sugars in them that destroy your teeth over time. I'm spending thousands of dollars now, gradually rebuilding mine, mostly due to those type of drinks.
Flavoured water is the best drink imo. Average of 4% sugars.

It's a single-mans fridge. Lots of eating out, (and dining out, too [Image Can Not Be Found])
Karl, I'm a bit of an addict to fizzy drinks and energy drinks, but I always drink water at the same time, to rinse out my mouth while drinking them, and after aswell. Still, one can is half your days recommended intake of sugar. lol
12 hour sessions, Aeons..?? Yes, work is a 12 hour session, then it's straight to the spot, to rode for around 2-3 hours each day. All that on around 4 hours sleep. Go Mother..!!

Lol, that's a good point, It's the worst thing ever for teeth... Especially if mixed with food.
My dentist was a crazy full-on advocate for this.
I heard somewhere that instead of stimulants just natural carbs combined with healthy sleep (fruit sugars and just general low G.I. foods) are way better for slow constant energy release...
But I can't talk.. I don't get enough of either, I just chug a can of red bull... Man I really got to break that habbit. [Image Can Not Be Found]

Single mans fridge, lol. You'll be single soon if your wife keeps opening up the fridge door to that everyday. [Image Can Not Be Found]
That will work, taking water after each drink. If you drink it in one go its not so bad either, but athletes usually sip drinks here and there with a dry mouth. Fastest way to ruin your teeth. Saliva protects teeth, and a dry mouth is the worst time to add sugar, let alone every ten minutes as is often the case. Buff knows his stuff, but this can be useful to the rest of us.
I'm mostly off sugars now, I feel like crap on a sugary diet. The odd energy/sports drink is fine, but thats about it for me.
Indonesian red bull. 6x the caffeine. 6 x the taurine, {bull balls}, and 6x the sugars.
Thats 3x the recommended daily dose of each ingredient. [Image Can Not Be Found] Feel the power. <!-- s --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt="" title="Laughing" /><!-- s -->

I got Ben Moran off of energy drinks. He used to drink shit loads of them. If you get 8 hours sleep then you don't need to drink anything to get energy. I never drink energy drinks. I drink tea though. Maybe 3 or 4 cups a day.
I was super tired today after work but when I started riding I started to get more energy. It's always the way with me.
AND PLUS Everybody on this board that I know has enough energy storage on their body already!!!
Working 12 hour shifts and then riding with only 4 hours sleep. Well your body isn't designed to do that. I guess you need energy drinks to make that happen.
