When you ride in a strong scene with pros around helps soooo much. Mathias rides with Alex and Raphael reguarly and Alex is pretty much his mentor in a way.
Adam Kun is similar (and Adam and Mathias are really close friends and spent all last summer practicing together) as he rode with the older OG pros when he was starting and they helped him out a lot.
