The black dude is Bobby Carter from the 'diversion' series.. I have no idea who the guy in the beanie is...
I suspect the guy in the green shirt is Shaggy from Scooby doo.. rather proud of his new haircut I gather...

That dude 2nd from left is.... Scott Powell if i'm not mistaken. Co-owner of Chenga once upon a time and he also had a little shed out the back that Chase used to live in.
Haha, I remember Sean McKinney called him out into the middle of a jam circle back in the day to fight him... right in the middle of a contest.
The dude has skills... and you can definately tell he rode a lot with Chase.
