Upload an image to an hosting site, such as flickr or imageshack and then press the img button just under the subject field and paste the image's direct URL into it.

Take your pic.
Load it into your computer.
Upload to photohosting site like Photobucket.
Click the bottom image code for forums, or the other codes for other options {email, direct linking} etc.
