All amped up for an awesome session with Shaun and Mike-B on Friday, which happened to be my birthday, and not 10 minutes into it, I landed awkward from a Cliffhanger, and THIS shyte happens....

The swelling has reduced a fair bit since it happened, but I'm still on crutches, so let's hope the bastard is better before Sydney comes round..!!
