Yeah, I milked this off Pedal, (so sue me...)
Bram is a machine, I can't believe the stuff he does for his age. He's so friggin fast.
He utilizes both sides of the bike, which is pretty crazy I think. Not many riders do that.

Bram is O.K, but there are better riders in my opinion,Frank Lukas has mega speed!!!
But there are so many young riders coming out of nowhere who are insane riders, Mathias Dandois being one of them, I don't think each rider can be judged on being better than another, it's really only which rider we personally like the best, by opinion only, we all have different tastes!!!

you see chosing to like someone or something is the result of a judgment and a judgment is the out come of being judged. regardless of wether the opinion is of a group or an inderviduial
your post makes little to no scene, i question why you made it, dont get me wrong, i'm not out to be a cunt and i'm not having a bad day, i just read what you posted and wonded what he fuck was going on, tiz all

O.k, I'll re-phrase that, Bram is cool but I like certain other riders more, that's my taste, not to say Bram is crap or got less of skill than any other rider, I just prefer some other riders styles better, but noramlly I do like Bram's ridng but that particular video above wasn't showing his best stuff, I thought when Bloodhound was saying how good it was it was going to be spectacular!
I know what I'm on about even if you don't but it does seem you do pick peoples posts apart sometimes!!! <!-- s --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_cry.gif" alt="" title="Crying or Very sad" /><!-- s -->

... It would be so hard to actually 'judge' peoples riding, but I know what you mean. It's like having a favourite food and one that you loathe.... Everyone is of course going to say that their fave food is the better of the two!
You were saying a rider is better [i:1a2ipkgp]based on your opinion[/i:1a2ipkgp] which is how personal favourites are almost always implied.

Thanx for understanding what I was trying to say!!! [Image Can Not Be Found]
Bram is cool though, I have seen some spectacular stuff from him, I just don't think that particular video did him justice!

HEHE, where would we be without Ali's spelling errors? It numbs the mind to think he is editor of the MFZ haha.
...speaking of which, is there going to be another issue?

yes it is a massive joke, one thats not lost on me
1. the mfz is pre checked by no less than three spelling editors, one has his PhD in film, one has a BA in design and another in digital graphics and the third is final year of a BA of education - despite all this -
2. the mfz is full of errors, i blush when i find them in the final copy
3. this php board needs a spell check function, there was a time i ran everything i posted through ms word before i posted it, now i'm just lazy
4. there will one day be a new issue of the mfz, some things happened over the winter to kinda kill my motervation for life, but a brother is dealing with it, getting on with it and trying to get over it, witch is all anyone can do i feel, so i'm aiming for a new issue late this year!
5. ryan has a big knob, witch he likes to show people, all you have to do is ask him!

Bram is the most naturally talented rider I have ever seen. If you think of a crazy new position and ask him to try and balance it he will roll it fairly well first try. No word of a lie. I've never seen anything like it.
He started brakeless and he had hang 5's dialled after his first two weeks. It sounds hard to believe but he just has a real gift for rolling tricks. He's short and solid and has really good posture. When he does pedal steamrollers he doesn't struggle at all - they look just like regular steamrollers.
His posture etc. That's what I consider to be his 'natural talent' - anything you we're born with and can't learn through hard work is I suppose.
The sick icing on the sick sick cake is that he doesn't even ride that much! Relatively speaking anyway - He definitely doesn't go at it like Martti or Chase used to and like Justin does.

That vid is nuts, when I started riding 6 years ago (gave it up for 4 years but back into it again) I watched pros do what is now considered amateuer level. It's nuts, things that I had no idea were possible are now just standard. Like how the F##$ can Jesse Puente spin around in circles without even having his feat on any part of the bike, and how the how can so many people be pedaling timemachines with no hands. It's like backflips on motos I didn't think I'd ever see it, now people are saying that some guy that looks about 17 yrs old isn't doing his best when his friggen spinning a steam roller on the pedal and linking it to a spinning wheelchair, and then linking it to spinning on the back wheel. it's friggen crazy, when I first started one of the most impressive tricks was a hitchicker, now they're basically a beginner trick.
It's kind of daunting knowing that you can practice and practice and still be crap compared to thousands of others.

I made him do that in the middle of the hotel foyer at the bmx games. People were just stunned....hotel staff were slightly less impressed.

I don't know about 'thousands'...
In the dvd 'create' Bram's section had nothing like this clip in it. Just a few fairly short runs and individual tricks. He carries on like a spoilt little retard though, I wouldn't want to ride with anyone who pegs their bike like that.
He does have some bomb tricks though... like his xfoot hiker full-kickflip to normal hiker.... I can understand where the frustration comes from.
He's got a killer looking ride as well.

bram is a really good rider,
anyone that rides is a good rider, some are wourse some are better but everyone is still "a rider"
some people dont have the time to ride as much as pros... and that doesnt make u a bad rider...
just cut out the crap saying "he's the best, no he's the best, no he's the best"
there are GOOD RIDERS OUT THERE
GET OVER IT
