I'm on S&M now through Stowaway. Pretty stoked about that. I feel very lucky to ride for one of the few bike companies that I really like. hopefully my frame and bars will come to Hell on Wheels tomorrow or Wednesday. Decided to keep running the Redneck because I like having the extra room and I think that nose manuals and pedal hang fives are a bit easier with a longer stem. I also have a thing about always having something really old on my bikes even if it's just a dustcap or a seatclamp...
Still don't know what colour my frame and bars are (didn't ask) so I'm quite keen to find out - I've had my S&M LAF since 2008 so I'm keen to change. Getting a 19.5" with a 13.1" backend - I think I'll like it more than 19" / 13.75" - which is what I have now.
So now when I say good stuff about S&M product don't forget that I [i:11fuof2v]always[/i:11fuof2v] have! All jokes aside though - I'll always give my honest opinion about product whether it's free or not.

[quote="crabbypaddy":2qxoncaj]i've always wanted to ask this.. are sponsored riders obligated by their sponsors to promote their sponsors through riding at populated places? or can they just ride in a quiet car park most of the time?
congrats btw.. if i rode a street bike it'd have an s&m frame[/quote:2qxoncaj]
Almost no BMX riders would have contracts. It's not a job. I get S&M product and they get pictures, videos and stuff like that. I like S&M product so I'm stoked because I promote it anyway.
S&M is one of a very small number of companies that I would buy product from and I apply the same principles to accepting free product. I'm given it under the unspoken understanding that I'm not going to say it is shit and that I'm going to use it and enjoy using it. I'm accepting it because I already know it's good.
Well S&M make a flatland bike now even if it is a little street inspired. I'll be riding flatland, street and park on mine...if it stops raining!
