yeah looks alright if you don't already have tools and work on other bikes than the bmx cos there are stuff there that you won't really use much if at all on a bmx.
also i wouldn't lug that around with me. best save up and invest in some sort of multi tool that you can use which is easier to carry around on rides.

I want a chain whip, but not the bike it goes with.
Even a multi tool is a bit hit and miss. Generally, to do most things you'll need whatever hex keys the bike uses, a decent ratchet with a 3" bar extender and sockets to match your wheel nuts, a shifter that opens super wide, some tyre leavers and a rag.
I'd also suggest a rubber mallet and a block of wood. Rubber mallets can fix any bmx problem.
