I know what your thinking, why the hell do you want a bike that is over ten years old but trust me, I know what I am doing <!-- s --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt="" title="Laughing" /><!-- s -->
I have to say I have found several sellers all from the USA who have these frames, but I have had shipping qoutes for $100 dollars and sellers asking $195 just for the frame. On top of that the $100 qoute is also one of those "non-insured" ones where the seller is saying they cannot be liable for missing items [Image Can Not Be Found] Paying $300 for a frame that is ten years old and not knowing if it will ever arrive is not a smart decision.
Anyway allot of other sellers will not part with their never built frames or do not wish to ship to Perth so I need to find one in this country. I am after the Sugar Baby/Big Daddy frame that is any colour but in good condition, I need a 1 1/8" head tube with 990 mounts and 3/8 axle dropouts. If anyone has the Sugar Baby frame before it evolved into the SD-4 that would be even better, that is the one with the downtube gusset and the box like lower rear end which I believe is the same as the Big Daddy.

Not sure those frames came out with 1 1/8" head tubes..? A lot of the early mid-school stuff was 1" only.. Sweet frame if you can find one- maybe you can convince Grant in Melbs to part with one of his classic frames (good luck on that!) [Image Can Not Be Found]
I always wanted a chrome Big Daddy myself.. And a chrome Morales.. Etc etc.. [Image Can Not Be Found]

Good point, I had researched a little earlier and some of the Big Daddy's were 1" head tubes and apparently even had 19" or 19.75" Top tubes, not sure if that is entirely correct about the TT though.
I think around 97/8ish they went to 1 1/8" with the 18.75 Top tube. I missed out on a NOS SD-4 frame/fork combo on ebay for $100 a while back because I could not find any complete ones to build around and an entire rebuild was hardly worth it. Then I bought that George that you recomended on gumtree [Image Can Not Be Found] I did not know if buying that frame was going to be a waste of time. The George and the SD-4 had little differences aside from the frame, I have rims coming for my George and all I need is some pegs and the frame to start rebuilding [Image Can Not Be Found]
Once that is done that will be it, I can start riding and slowly move into the modern era of flatland and bicycles.
The morales you are talking about came out when I was getting into flatland, I remember those. I wouldn't mind a Green one for the collection thats for sure.
