I'm not sure if XXXX here is any different to the imported stuff but what we got in the UK is the worst beer known to man!!! I've never seen anybody buying or drinking it ever! It's revolting...
Pure Blonde is for people from Sydney with weird mullets and expensive pink t-shirts with designer 'holes' in...
Carlton Cold = good piss - Very easy to drink though but has no taste.
Crown = the best of the piss.
VB = shit and piss - the bottles are cool though! Authentico Australiana!
Carlton draught = piss mixed with a little beer
Melbourne = piss mixed with slightly more beer
Coopers and Little Creatures doesn't satisfy the lager hound in me...
I'm into the Tasmanian beers. Loving Cascade but it's too expensive! James Boag premium I like too. Also too expensive. The cheaper James Boag - Boag's Draught or something is truly bad beer.
My favourite Aussie beer (if I can't include the Tassy ones) is probably Little Creatures Pilsner for now - I'll be in Brissy soon to increase my knowledge though!
I'll drink them all though - even if they're warm! By the time I've finished a warmy the next one'll be chilled halfway to perfection!!! The 3rd one'll be gold!

I love the Pure Blondes....i rekkin they taste fantastic....
Right now they're my favourite.
Dunno why, but i rekkin those tassie beers are quite crap...VB is even worse. Don't mind the Draught though....oh, and fuck are Crownies shite or what...

Well you've conquered Japan and they've got some nice beers so I know that XXXX is different in UK. I'll have to give it a try. Fosters is bloody awful back in England but we brew our own piss weak version that's 4.0% I think..
Are you drinking Extra Dry or New? I like Extra Dry a lot - that's my NSW beverage of choice.

yeah new is slightly preferred over dry and i cant enjoy old all that much... I've never drunk fosters so i cant really compare it to anything... should give it a go one day... it used to be the drink of the nation once upon a time but no more...

speaking of beer that nobody drinks... I was at a bottle shop looking for a beer that I haven't drunk before and there it was... something that made me remember the days when I would reed those one picture comics (Ettamogah Pub) and what they where drinking... now being fair dinkum I had to try it so I could feel true blue once more... yes thats right... I got stuck into the once traditional Aussie beer

BITTER is the choice that i usually choose and there is another one that is better but i forgot the name of it... has some tooheys premium the other night and it got me pretty fucked... comes in an 8 pack... tried some Belgium beer too and it wasn't too bad...
