You're too young for your back to be hurting badly. Do you get physiotherapy on Medicare here? You probably just need to do the right stretches and exercises and it will just disappear...
Anyway - It was good day - shame you couldn't make it. Next Sunday I'll be there. In fact I'll probably be there at some point most days once I've found work etc.
