Prize money in flatland is $5000. Can't remember where I read this though... I wonder if anyone will come???

The competition is extremely poorly publicised and organised. I'm very disappointed. Cycling Australia have to provide an event in order to keep their government funding, so they are half-arsing one for us.
You can't enter unless you join the Freestyle BMX Association - $33
Entry for AM flat - $60
Entry for PRO flat - $80
I'm not paying $113 to provide entertainment.
I'm not going to Canberra for this one unfortunately. I'll come and see you in Brisbane when the flights are cheap Stu!

total 4 riders entered
surface was by far the worst to ride on, they have learnt and defo be a good comp next year.
total prize money for flat $1750.
