Hey dudes,
I thought it was time to kick off a new topic, so here goes..
Anyone planning any travels in the new future? Local, interstate, international..?
My wife and I are heading over to Japan for a couple of weeks, can't wait! We went there on our honeymoon and totally loved it.
Looking forward to catching up with some old friends in Kyoto (Namito & Koichi- hopefully make some new friends also) - Namito is the guy who got me into flatland years ago!
What's everyone else been up to? Life can't be all work/study and no fun - who's heading where or at least planning to head somewhere?

I've just returned from a month in Europe.
Went to Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary, Slovenia and Italy.
Freakin awesome.

I'm travelling right now [Image Can Not Be Found]
I'm from Sweden, Gothenburg for those who don't know..
UUM, took off in July this year, spend 3 days in Kuala Lumpur with a Malaysian friend i've known since 98 or something..flatlander too..
He showed me around 2 days around K.L..Awesome times!
Then to Melbourne, spend month or something there..
Bought a car, drove a cross to Perth, awesome times.
Worked couple of weeks with CNC maching in Perth..
Got job in Gingin at the moment, working for my second holiday visa..
Had great time here so far, but end of January its back to Melbourne, and back home...Or, i will probably visit my brother in Finland, Kuusamo (i lived there 12 years as well), the temperature figures are around the same as in Perth around summer, but with - In front, -30 or -35 isnt unusual there [Image Can Not Be Found]

No travelling for me for the next 12-24 months, got me a Mustang that needs all my hard earned dollars to make it a brand spanker. Sux coz I got the money in the bank now to be on a plane to NY tomorrow and visit my sister for a week or so, pop over the border and see Eric the Canadian, hit up the Austin flatland scene for a few days then hang out at Shinjuku park before coming home... but no, I want a nice broom broom in my garage instead. Odd.

No, i actually drive a pulsar 96..haha
Mustangs are sweet, i had a opel ascona b, wich would be nearly like old school gemini's for you..
Modified it shitloads, 4link suspension, 16v turbo engine from calibra, heaps of home made parts on it..
Made 12,5s on 1/4mile so it was ok...Didnt take it to strip with last setup..bigger turbo and so on..
But i sold her to do something else, travel...
Spend easily 2 years and bunch of $$$ building that shiet..[Image Can Not Be Found]

Oh and back on topic. Now that I have a job, I think my next trips would be next year in Brisbane and Auckland. Was going to go to Mexico in May for a cousin's wedding but it's quite unlikely that I'll be able to get the time off needed for that.
Both times I intend to bring the bike.
