i on the other hand just wish that the community would grasp the concept that we are flatlanders!
like i have said before we come to this forum to express our riding and have a yarn with fellow riders, why does the politics come into it?
because we have people who have to express their inteligence/arrogance etc... and the one's who are doing this arn't even riding or posting anything relivant to the scene! i vote that anything other than flatland and common respect for our fellow rider's should be deleted.
show you are a asset to the community and start being proud to be apart of it!

well i guess the flatland forums are history, i guess i will have to just make a website for events and keep out of chatting with the community because i'm not interested in what bs people want to talk about especially when it has nothing to do with the scene, we have many bored people who just like to stir the shit instead of trying to make it a better place so i hope this just shows what it's done to many riders that come here to express their riding, change the name to fucklands australia then because i wouldn't call this flatland australia! enjoy your forums while i enjoy riding where it's always been peaceful and respectful where the riders are and the non rider's arn't.

Do you see how ridiculous that is, how stupid you sound, I'd put you on the same level as the bogan who stabs the indian at 3am because he's not white. You're too cool buddy.
As far as i'm concerned, I am a rider, seen as though i ride everyday, and am interested in the flatland scene, but what i'd like to see in this scene, or this site, is that you all just fucking relax, you all sound like you've just had a pole rammed up your asses. I'm treating the forum as it was when i was a part of it last, and there's no reason for me to change. Maybe the Admin could mail you all out some valium, this would improve your scene ten fold......and Mik, if you ever touched me, i would not hesitate going to the police, and seen as though you've stated your intentions quite clearly hear, which i smartly happened to screen shot on both occasions, i'd say you'd be right up shit creek without a paddle.

What you say and do here has real repercussions and effects real people.

To take issue publicly is a blight on both this forum and yourself and is a purely selfish act. There are several hundred other members of this forum who do not want to be privy to your personal slinging match.
Threats of violence by anyone toward anyone are not tolerated here nor anywhere. It's a serious act with serious consequences and anyone alluring to such is treading on very dangerous ground.[/b:2zfv31qv]

i agree but to an extent! laz needs to start realising that this forum aint the old one and correspond with what goes on here and conform to it! if he cares enough about the scene then why is he starting trouble with it's members? we understand that everyone is an individual and have different views but why would you want to upset the community? at 1st glance of you i said dont get offended but the link you posted is very wrong and what did you do laz you jumped at my parenting because my son was behind me watching your pathetic porno link when you never stated it was porn in anyway and had it as niggaflip which for me sound like a trick, i have many people who agree on my view about that but still you never appoligised for your actions and yes i was going to jack up and offer you a broken nose etc... but then i thought why should i waste my efforts on a person who seems to have his opinons messed up and doesn't seem to be honorable enough to show how mature he can be! best thing that needs to be done here is set the rules admins for new and old members and hope they conform to it and if needed total ban of account, then maybe they will conform to the rules of the forum and find that this group of people aint from the gutter along with their mouths, honestly this forum is starting to sound like a skate park and i for one hate that type of attitude especially towards our fellow riders.
mik may have lost it a bit but i see his point, sometime a beat down is the only option but as ryan wrote we have the issue of t he police nocking on our doors and charging us with assault, so laz you gide behind that law ok and keep your attitude towards the people here but just remember some of us dont really care about getting charged when the means suit the cause! just remember it is an invisable wall that we can choose to walk thru.

My input for what its not worth.....
New form old forum. A forum is a meeting place, just like its Latin name. There is every type of personality, humour, opinion, viewpoints and ideas. Its a constant changing of scene like a flowing river. Never stagnant. There are members coming and going all the time, and some back from the dead like Lazarus, (pun intended yes).
Laz is a very funny guy. Too many times a sense of humour is misunderstood. Unless you know a person in real, you won't always grasp their comments.
Everyone needs to chill more. Way more. If you don't like someones comments thats ok, but if you try to work out problems via pm, it can usually be resolved. Arcing up online results in more drama as mates join in and everyone putting in their useless opinion much like what I'm doing now. [Image Can Not Be Found]

Think of the bigger picture.
This forum has always had an unfortunate mix of personalities. There are people who like arguing and people who like other people to think that they are really smart. There are people who don't care and people who don't like arguing. There are also people who get angry really easily and people who like making people angry.
I'm painting a picture that is human society. We need to keep all of this under the covers if we want people to join our party though. And that is what we want. People to join our party. If it wasn't what we wanted then we wouldn't have a forum.
In all of this mess I feel really sorry for Dave. He's like the Chinese guy who invented gun powder and used it to make fireworks to entertain people only for the next generation to come along and... well. . . you get the picture. . .
People need to recognise their own faults here. Tomasz doesn't post on the forum because he's got a short fuse. He doesn't blame the Australian flatland scene for that though- he understands that it has something to do with him and how he goes down in the mix. I'd much rather it if everybody was here but it's not for everyone right? If you're threatening people then the forum isn't for you. If you're here to wind people up so that they threaten you then the forum isn't for you either. Remember that we're all here at the party and we don't want fresh faces scared away at the door.

i agree 100% we need conformaty, i'm holding a comp this sunday and last thing i need is the community dividing and not feeling safe at this event, i have painstakenly done so much so the community can gather and enjoy what melbourne has to offer, we are a forgiving bunch and with that said i hope that these issues can be left behind us and we can move on and enjoy the sport we all so love without the issues, come to flatitude and see what we are really all about and why we love gathering to show our special talents and also how we all open our hearts and arms to all that follow flatland, we are rider but also we are parents siblings veterans and most of all we are human, lets show that we can conquer our issues and make this scene what it deserves, lifes too short too be argueing about this and that when we can be living positive like i so much do, i'm not a bad guy and if you get to know me i will show you who i am and what i'm willing to do for you and the flatland scene, remember we all love the 1 thing we hold closest too our heart and we like to share it, so lets keep this forum clean and just put our differences behind us and make this sunday a gathering of repair, and last but not least please come to flatitude it will be the 1st and i hope we can all enjoy it together with huge smiles...[Image Can Not Be Found]
