Yo my lovely little bublets.

Maybe I've completely overlooked something here, but what timezone is this forum set to?

I'm in N.S.W. a few hours from Sydney, and My posts are an hour ahead, right now it's 9:08pm

Yeah that's what I thought, but I was yackin to Brett the other day and being the queen(slander) he is  loelz... It was correct for him. He's an hour after us..

It's obviously not W.A. (Perth) time. But it must be set to something specific.

Can it be set to keep up with daylight savings, or do you have to keep resetting it?
It makes sense to set it in time with the capital. The majority live in that time zone anyway.

All times are UTC + 10 hours [ DST ]

DST is presumably daylight saving time. UTC is universal time, coordinated.

It is currently Sat Mar 06, 2010 11:51 pm, says so up the top! Same time as my macbook says it is...

My mate thats a ham radio nut always told me Greenwich mean time was renamed Universal time coordinates because non British people jacked up about why time zones are based from Greenwich. So they removed the city of Greenwich from the name, but the zone location remains the same, which is I think a half hour different in time from London. To me its just London time. I know we are 10 hours ahead depending on daylight savings time, so I just think London time.
